Nicole Skaluba Named in Crain’s Notable Leaders in HR
Nicole Skaluba, Vice President of Employee Services at Rise, has been named in Crain’s list of Notable Leaders in HR.

“We’re excited to see Nicole recognized for all that she does for Rise on a daily basis,” said Jon Morris, Rise CEO and Founder. “She’s had an enormous impact on the culture at Rise, and is a fundamental piece of making this the place where people can do the best work of their careers. She’s innovated the Rise workplace in several notable ways, and is very deserving of this recognition. We’re lucky to have her on our team.”
Nicole joined Rise in 2017, and her responsibilities include human resource strategy and execution as well as managing Rise’s office and facilities. Over the last 18 months, Nicole has improved employee engagement at Rise by 14% and established significant programs to promote work/life balance. Nicole is also currently the Secretary for Chicago’s Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) after serving in a number of leadership and volunteer roles with the organization.
