Larry Fisher Promoted to CEO of Rise Interactive
I have a fairly big announcement as it relates to Rise Interactive. After 16 years of running Rise, I am stepping down as CEO on April 1, 2020. I will transition from my current role into a broader strategic advisory role for Quad, as well as continue to be a member of the Rise Interactive Board of Directors.
I am incredibly excited to announce that Larry Fisher, former President of Rise Interactive, has been promoted to the CEO role.
Larry and I have been working on an intentional transition for several months to ensure that we maintain continuity as he takes the helm. After completing another successful year, I believe that Rise is on incredibly solid footing. Over the last 16 years, we were able to generate double-digit or triple-digit growth every year with the exception of 2009 (our asterisk year).
In my opinion, the cause of this growth has been based on our deep belief in delivering remarkable experiences and superior results for our clients. Larry and I have used this belief as our guiding principle each year to inform our strategic decisions. Additionally, no one has been able to execute this mission more effectively than Larry. He has been the trusted advisor to all of our clients and I have no doubt will continue to do so in his new role.
As CEO, Larry will direct the strategic vision of Rise allowing it to sustain its fast-paced growth and cutting-edge digital marketing services and technology. He will additionally oversee the implementation of the strategy by managing all divisions including client service, sales and marketing, finance and administration, and technology.
Larry is incredibly prepared to lead Rise into the future. He has a phenomenal vision on how to differentiate our agency from the competition and to ensure that all constituents (clients, employees, and partners) thrive under his leadership. I am honestly so proud of what Larry has accomplished in the last 10 years at Rise and know that he will absolutely crush this next chapter. I look forward to working by his side as he takes Rise to the next level.
