Howard Diamond
Chief Strategy Officer at Rise Interactive
Howard Diamond is the Chief Strategy Officer at Rise Interactive. Howard brings more than 20 years of experience helping brands achieve maximum results from their media and technology investments. Prior to Rise, Howard worked in sales, marketing, and development roles with companies including Q Interactive and CTI Meeting Tech.
Outside of Rise, Howard sits on the Board of Directors for the Center for Enriched Living, a non-profit organization focusing on the success of people with developmental disabilities. He currently lives in the Chicago area with his wife and two children.
He earned a bachelor's degree in advertising from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Justin Garvin
VP, Media Strategy
Justin Garvin is the Vice President of Media Strategy at Rise Interactive. Justin is responsible for developing and leading strategy and operations for all of Rise’s performance marketing media & analytics channels with a heavy focus on integration.
Starting out on the Search team, Justin innovated Rise’s approach to drive business outcomes for clients, eventually scaling the approach to all of Rise’s performance marketing channels. Prior to this role, Justin served as the Vice President of Media & Analytics.
Justin graduated from the University of Iowa with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. He prides himself on his avid shoe collection along with an impressive Netflix watchlist.
Daniel Ripes
VP, Account Management
Daniel Ripes is a Vice President of Account Management at Rise Interactive. Dan is responsible for developing and maintaining the agency’s ongoing client activities, relationships and services while leading strategic and tactical planning initiatives for Rise’s clients. Before his current role, Dan’s first two years at Rise focused on working with leading technology and service partners to develop innovative digital marketing offerings and strategies for clients.
Prior to joining Rise, Dan spent over 15 years working with high-growth companies in various roles including investment banking, corporate finance and business development.
Dan earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and MBA in entrepreneurship and finance from University of Illinois at Chicago. He lives in Highland Park with his wife and two children. Dan also serves on a non-profit Board and is the past President of the Center for Enriched Living - an organization that serves the social needs of people of all ages with developmental and intellectual disabilities through day, evening and weekend programs.
Amanda Sykes
Director, Account Management
Amanda Sykes, Director of Account Management at Rise Interactive, is responsible for leading strategy and execution for some of Rise’s largest eCommerce clients. For the past 6 years, she has been an emerging leader at Rise, progressing from an entry-level Account Executive to her position today.
Amanda has a strong focus on developing best-in-class solutions grounded in achieving measurable business results as well as integrated cross-channel strategies that provide a high-value, relevant, and consistent user experiences across our client’s digital channels.
She graduated from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor’s degree in marketing.
